How to release stress

While a great motivator, stress isn’t so great for your health. You need to release your stress wherever you are. These few & easy instruction & Tip will help you to release you stress.

Tips

Take a few deep breaths

Laugh! Read one of your favorite jokes

Play with a stress-relieving toy or games

Close your eyes and listen to relaxing music

Visualize yourself relaxing at your favorite vacation

Talk with your best friend, loved one or a counselor

Write about the thing which is suffering you in a paper & throw it away

In work place

With the above you can try with these also

Go away from your work station, even for a walk to the water cooler

Add helpful reminders to your screen saver, such as, "Take a deep breath," or add a phrase or joke that makes you laugh
